About the Role

As a key member of the Cloud Architecture & Advisory team, you will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for customers on technical topics. Your close collaboration with internal teams during the sales cycle is crucial in ensuring seamless customer experience.

  • The candidate will present detailed information about the RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition service offerings and value proposition to clients.
  • You will support and organize technical responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Analyze customer requirements around High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity, Security, Compliance, networks, etc.
  • Generate pricing and provide ongoing deal support to sales teams.
  • Act as the orchestrator of experts to obtain expertise from the Cloud Architecture & Advisory organization as required.
