Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Frameworks:

  • Develop comprehensive frameworks aligned with investment strategies and operational needs with focus on private equity sector.
  • Review control monitoring mechanisms establish track critical KPIs periodically perform gap analysis.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

  • Conduct deep-dive diagnostic reviews of financial statements and industry benchmarking.
  • Analyze financial data develop financial models provide industry-specific insights into key financial ratios and KPIs e.g. insurance fintech ITES FMCG.

Deal Execution & Transaction Support:

  • Support clients in integrations separations carve-outs including planning managing Day 1 Activities for seamless business transitions.
  • Provide timely accurate data analysis financial modeling decision-making insights.
  • Stay updated on relevant tax accounting legal sector updates impacting deal situations.

Program & Project Management:

  • Lead functional workstreams conduct interviews workshops collaborate cross-functional teams implement services effectively.
  • Develop manage project plans identify risks issues work with team client create mitigation actions.
  • Oversee Integration/Separation Office including project tracking updating stakeholders preparing status update reports.

Client Engagement:

  • Facilitate interactions senior client representatives CXO levels providing status updates gathering feedback aligning deliverables with client objectives.
  • Assist preparing proposals business development activities including first-draft engagement letters risk management considerations.
