SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting Expert

Position Summary:

This role involves providing technical expertise in SAP RAR to ensure systems are performant and fit-for-purpose.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP RAR solutions while modernising and improving them.
  • Ensure sustained service performance levels for SAP RAR solutions, including responding to and resolving incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you will need a strong IT background with a track record in complex SAP RAR software projects. Key skills include:

  • Deep understanding of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting functionalities, including revenue recognition, contract management, and revenue reporting.
  • Expertise in ABAP programming for custom developments, enhancements, and interfaces related to SAP RAR.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance, particularly in areas related to revenue and cost accounting.
  • Ability to integrate SAP RAR with other SAP modules (like SAP SD, SAP FI/CO) and external systems using integration technologies and protocols such as IDocs, BAPIs, and web services.
