SAP RAR Technical Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP RAR Technical Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, enhancing, and resolving issues with SAP RAR solutions.

As the SAP RAR Technical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing technical projects and maintaining live services in a cross-disciplinary and geographically diverse team. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that systems are performant and fit-for-purpose.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing SAP RAR solutions, ensuring modernisation and improvement of existing systems.
  • Maintaining sustained service performance levels for SAP RAR solutions, including responding to and resolving incidents.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong IT expertise, particularly in complex SAP RAR software projects. We are looking for candidates with experience in configuring and customising SAP RAR to align with specific business requirements and compliance with revenue recognition standards.

Some of the key skills and qualifications we are looking for include:

  • SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting functionalities, including revenue recognition, contract management, and revenue reporting.
  • ABAP programming for custom developments, enhancements, and interfaces related to SAP RAR.
  • Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance, particularly in areas related to revenue and cost accounting.
  • Integrating SAP RAR with other SAP modules (like SAP SD, SAP FI/CO) and external systems.
  • Leadership experience in a global environment.
