Director of Revenue Operations

The role of the Director of Revenue Operations is a challenging and rewarding position that requires expertise in SAP RAR and leadership skills. The job involves providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP RAR, as well as designing, developing, testing, or implementing SAP RAR products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L2 and L3 support for SAP RAR including incident, request, change and problem management aligned with ITIL.
  • Develop and implement SAP RAR solutions to meet business requirements and compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Track record of operational support experience with incident, request, change and problem management aligned with ITIL.
  • SAP RAR Expertise, including revenue recognition, contract management, and revenue reporting.
  • Ability to configure RAR to align with specific business requirements and compliance with revenue recognition standards.
  • Proficiency in creating reports and analytics within SAP RAR to track revenue, compliance, and other key performance metrics.
  • Analytical skills to analyze and optimize SAP RAR for performance, particularly in high-volume transaction environments.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates.
  • ABAP programming skills for custom developments, enhancements, and interfaces related to SAP RAR.
  • Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS 15) and American standards (ASC 606) for revenue recognition.
  • Experience with SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), particularly in areas related to revenue and cost accounting.
  • Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance.
  • Skills in integrating SAP RAR with other SAP modules and external systems.
  • Expertise in data migration strategies and tools for RAR.
  • Proven ability to work in a global, diverse and multicultural environment.
