Job Description

We're looking for a Program Coordinator to support learners in our LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal Spanish/Portuguese skills, flexibility to work night shifts, and strong communication abilities across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learner Support: Respond to inquiries on email, chat, WhatsApp, and voice calls in a timely and accurate manner, enhancing learner satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to manage program timelines and address learner concerns efficiently.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance program delivery and learner experience.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all communications meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Exceptional Spanish/Portuguese and English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Work Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts and manage various communication channels.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certification: Prior experience in customer service or learner support.
  • Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with LMS, digital learning tools, or CRM platforms is a plus.
