About this role
We are seeking a seasoned and driven leader to head project sales operations across Maharashtra, based out of Mumbai. This leadership position will manage a 12–15 member team and oversee steel/TMT sales in sectors such as Infrastructure, EPC, Government Projects, Institutional Sales, and Railways.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for steel/TMT in the project segment.
- Developing regional strategies for project acquisition and customer engagement.
- Analyzing the customer funnel to derive insights for improving acquisition, retention, and conversion.
Successful candidates will have a strong background in B2B/project sales and a proven track record in managing large client accounts and leading high-performing teams.
