We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Partner to spearhead our client acquisition efforts. This freelance role is ideal for driven, entrepreneurial professionals who excel in building long-term business relationships.

This is not a quick-win sales position. Instead, it requires sustained effort and strategic thinking to identify decision-makers within software/tech companies, establish trust, and present our QA service packages with confidence and professionalism.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating leads through proactive outreach across various channels
  • Buidling relationships that lead to pre-onboarding calls with our founder
  • Presenting our QA service offerings in a compelling manner

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build trusted client relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, client-facing tone)
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

In return, we offer:

  • Commission-only compensation: starting at 10% of closed deals, with potential for higher tiers based on performance
