Job Description:

The Senior Manager of Total Rewards plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive Total Rewards services to internal global customers. This includes Annual Compensation Planning, Global Survey Submissions process, Competitive Compensation Studies, and Workday related Compensation practices. As the functional expert in Compensation, this individual manages a team of Total Rewards Partners and Senior Partners, leveraging digital tools to drive efficiencies and standardize processes across the globe.

This role seeks to enhance compensation competitiveness, enabling the organization to attract and retain top talent. Key responsibilities include reviewing existing programs, proposing modifications, and designing new programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Ensure compensation is competitive to enhance employee recruitment and retention
  • Review and optimize existing compensation programs or design new ones for enhanced market position
  • Lead the implementation of Annual Compensation Planning, including project management, communication, change management, and vendor management
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders, global process owners, and technology partners to implement standard practices
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong analytical thinking skills, effective influencing tactics, and excellent program management abilities. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and be proficient in managing multiple priorities.

Key qualifications include:

  • Compensation Management: Knowledge of compensation structures, regulations, and policies; ability to design, implement, and evaluate compensation programs
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to determine root causes of organizational problems and create alternative solutions
  • Influencing: Effective influencing tactics and strategies to impact decisions within and outside the organization
  • Managing Multiple Priorities: Self-management practices to manage concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities
Additional Information:

Preferred location: Bangalore, India. Remote work is not acceptable. Travel requirements: 10% domestic relocation available for this role.
