Role Summary:

The Call Centre Manager will oversee outbound tele-collection operations, optimize dialer strategies, and manage a high-performing team to ensure efficient collection processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the collections call center team to achieve performance targets and develop effective strategies for success.
  • Develop and execute dialer campaigns to maximize productivity and enhance collection efficiency.
  • Allocate resources based on analytical insights and collection trends to drive business results.
  • Monitor and improve agent performance, ensuring adherence to collection scripts, compliance policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Track and analyze collection metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the collections process and improve recovery rates.
  • Maintain data-driven reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to track performance and present insights.
  • Ensure effective team training, motivation, and retention to drive a high-performance culture.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in collections with expertise in outbound tele-collection processes.
  • Proven expertise in dialer management and campaign optimization.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate agents.
  • Excellent analytical skills to plan and implement effective strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset.
