Call Centre Manager Collection

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Centre Manager with extensive experience in collections and dialer management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing outbound tele-collection operations, optimizing dialer strategies, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring efficient collection processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the outbound collections call center team to achieve performance targets.
- Develop and execute dialer strategies to maximize productivity and enhance collection efficiency.
- Allocate campaigns and resources based on analytical insights and collection trends.
- Monitor and improve agent performance, ensuring adherence to collection scripts, compliance policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Track and analyze collection metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the collections process and improve recovery rates.
- Maintain MIS reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to track performance and present data-driven insights.
- Ensure effective team training, motivation, and retention to drive a high-performance culture.
Key Requirements:
1. Minimum 6 years of experience in collections with a strong understanding of outbound tele-collection processes.
2. Proven expertise in dialer management and campaign optimization.
3. Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate agents.
4. Excellent analytical skills to plan and implement effective strategies.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset.
