 We're Hiring: Centre Admission Manager - IT Education and TrainingJob SummaryThe Centre Admission Manager will be responsible for managing the entire admissions lifecycle—from inquiry generation and lead nurturing to student enrollment and documentation. This role demands excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of IT training offerings. The ideal candidate will manage a team of counselors and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-conversion admission processes. You will play a key role in achieving enrollment targets, maintaining student satisfaction, and ensuring that the center's operations reflect our commitment to educational excellence.Key Responsibilities1. Admissions & Enrollment Management Oversee the complete admission process of students for various IT training programs. Develop and implement strategies to convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments. Supervise the daily operations of the counseling/admission desk and monitor performance metrics. Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated via walk-ins, phone calls, website inquiries, social media, and referral channels. 2. Student Counseling & Course Guidance Personally counsel prospective students (and their parents, where relevant) on course offerings, career outcomes, eligibility criteria, and training structure. Help students identify the most suitable course based on their academic background, interests, and career goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about IT programs, certifications, and job prospects to address student concerns accurately. 3. Team Management Lead and manage a team of Admission Counselors/Executives. Train new counselors on courses, selling techniques, CRM usage, and communication standards. Monitor and review the performance of team members against set KPIs and targets. Motivate the team to achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets. 4. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of inquiries, counseling sessions, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM software or Excel dashboards. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on admissions performance and share insights with management. Ensure 100% data accuracy and compliance with admission policies and documentation protocols. 5. Coordination with Marketing & Academics Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns and promotions with admission goals. Provide feedback on the quality of leads and support local marketing initiatives like seminars, webinars, and open houses. Coordinate with the academic and scheduling team to ensure proper batch planning and timely onboarding of new students. 6. Customer Experience & Grievance Handling Maintain a student-first approach, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive admission experience. Address escalated student concerns and resolve admission-related issues proactively. Maintain confidentiality of student records and financial information at all times.
