Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team at Coddle Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and process, with a proven track record of delivering high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Design and deliver high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Conduct usability testing and provide actionable insights for enhancing user experiences.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about user needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Experience with prototyping tools such as Axure, Marvel, or similar.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
  • Experience with design thinking and agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of front-end development is an added advantage.
