Job Overview

The Site Execution Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and quality execution of solar installations at the project site, adhering to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily installation activities of solar PV systems.
  • Ensure adherence to technical drawings and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to track project progress and ensure timely material delivery.
  • Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure proper earthing, module mounting, cabling, and inverter installations.
  • Assist with troubleshooting on-site technical issues and conduct initial system testing and commissioning.
  • Maintain daily work progress reports and provide updates to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and balance of system (BoS) components.
  • Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera for project planning.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and time management skills.
