About the Education Counsellor Position:

We are seeking an experienced education professional to take on a pivotal role in guiding students and their families through the college application process. As part of our admissions department, you will play a crucial role in helping students make informed decisions about their academic and career choices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counselling students to help them navigate their academic and career options
  • Explaining the curriculum and prospects of studying Hotel Management, Aviation, and Cruise Line courses
  • Providing guidance on aptitude, personality, and adjacent tests
  • Helping students complete their admission targets on a monthly basis
  • Reviewing students' personal and educational undertakings to inform job-related choices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in individual or group counselling
  • Fluency in English, Khasi, and Hindi languages

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Full-time employment with a day shift schedule
