Caregiver Educator

Seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Nursing Education Specialist. This position involves developing and implementing education programs for nursing students, as well as providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Key Tasks:

• Design and deliver educational content to meet the needs of nursing students
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop curriculum and training materials
• Provide coaching and mentoring to students to enhance their learning experience
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges

Essential Qualifications:

• BSC OT / BSc. Nursing/ GNM Graduate with a minimum of 1 year experience in Operation Theatre/ Nursing
• Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies and curriculum development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passionate about teaching and making a positive impact on students' lives
