About the Role

The Director of International Solutions will be responsible for driving the current stack's international solution and preparing it for future solutions, while delivering customer-focused and effective solutions for the international zone service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the roadmap of modernization and simplification of the current IT solutions supporting the service delivery.
  • Lead the exercise to clarify the current solution architecture vs TM Forum ODA and the required changes to optimize the business process, delivery cost, and follow architectural principles (cloud, devops, security, APIs).
  • Define the roadmap to reach these goals and drive the execution of the roadmap in sync with internal stakeholders, customers, internal teams, chosen SI, and product vendors.
  • Develop a trust relationship with internal stakeholders and customers based on common objectives and plans, building partnerships from the current support model and driving business based on future-proof technology and effective cost structures.
  • Define clear OKRs and drive the execution to achieve them, while educating the internal ecosystem to be self-sustained and independent of top management intervention.
  • Partner with business to drive business value, bring new ideas, and challenge the business status quo.
  • Grow and develop the internal team to become a business partner, drive standardization, and effective solution implementation, review current capabilities, and define upskilling (devops, automation, security) and development plans.
  • Attract talent from the market and people who can drive modernization and standardization, the relationship with business and customers.
  • Inspire, organize, and develop the team to become self-organized and operate smoothly in the SAFE setup.
  • Work in partnership with the selected System Integrator and Product vendors to build a strong, reliable ecosystem for internal stakeholders and customers, collaboration for the roadmap delivery, transforming teams, and addressing difficulties that will appear on the way.
  • Be part of the leadership of CTIO, working collaboratively with all management CTIO to drive the implementation of the strategy, serving customers, and supporting revenue growth and IT services development, co-driving GDO digital roadmap for achieving simplification and efficiencies, modernizing, simplifying, and automating legacy till the completion or technology roadmap and final state of all customers and GDO processes in the target architecture.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with the following qualifications:

  • Drive, autonomy, and initiative-taking, transparency, and proactivity.
  • Experience in transformation from bespoke, fragmented software development legacy to standard target architecture, standard processes, product-based out of the box solutions.
  • Experience in driving business.
  • Experience in managing System Integrators and Product Vendors.
  • Experience in System Integrators consolidation and transition.
  • Outcome-focused, solution-oriented, quick testing, and interest in technological innovation.
  • Known for high skills in tech teams management and ability to federate and lead teams.
  • User experience-oriented, development of usage, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to think out of the box, flexibility to change the model.
  • Rigorous in execution and demanding on technical level and quality of deliverables.
  • Well-known for experience in supplier management, contracts/budgets.
  • Fluent communication and ability to share successes and difficulties with the communities.
  • Lead, steer, animate, and grow the developers community.
  • At ease with international English, French is a plus.

Technical knowledge of service fulfillment universe, new technologies, APIs, automation, security, devops, and scale agile processes.

Knowledge of TMForum, ODA architecture, eTOm.

  • Roadmap and modernization experience min 3 years.
