We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our cross-border payments initiative.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of global money movement, coupled with exceptional leadership skills.

  • Shape the Vision
    • Develop a comprehensive strategy for cross-border payments, aligning with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and shape differentiated offerings.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships
    • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, fintechs, and payment networks.
    • Negotiate partnerships that drive growth and expansion.
  • Drive Operational Excellence
    • Design and implement efficient operational processes, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with finance and treasury teams to manage multi-currency flows and FX risk.
  • Lead High-Performing Teams
    • Attract and retain top talent across product, partnerships, operations, and compliance functions.
    • Build a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, precision, and speed.
Requirements
  • Proven Leadership Pedigree
    • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or leadership roles in high-growth startups.
    • Demonstrated success in building and scaling businesses from zero to significant market presence.
  • Strategic Thinker with Executional Precision
    • Able to thrive in ambiguity and make high-stakes decisions with incomplete data.
    • Legendary attention to detail to spot flaws in a spreadsheet model or a product flow.
  • Execution at Warp Speed
    • Anticipates problems before they occur and solves them proactively.
    • Balances multiple complex priorities without compromising quality.

This role requires autonomy and accountability. Not suitable for someone who wants to manage a small feature set.
