Analytics Manager Role Summary

About the Opportunity:

  • Role: Supply Analytics Manager (Automation)

The Domestic Hotels business is a key line of business, offering travelers access to 70K+ hotels across India.

At the heart of this business is the Hotel Supply Strategy team, the strategic and analytical powerhouse driving its goals.

About the Role

This role will anchor the automation charter for the entire Hotels supply ecosystem.

This position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to transform data into business outcomes, streamline reporting processes, and build scalable solutions that empower decision-making at every level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives to improve key supply metrics and empower the supply team.
  • Lead the rollout of Tableau across the supply organization, ensuring adoption and effective usage.
  • Design and manage the roadmap for dashboards and reports to track KRAs and KPIs for the supply team.
  • Deliver actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization to enable data-driven decision-making and execution.
  • Automate manual reporting workflows using Python, SQL, and data engineering best practices to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Leverage tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Tableau, GenAI, and data engineering workflows to strengthen analytical and automation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Category, Revenue, and Ingo teams to accelerate growth in room nights and GMV.
  • Prepare impactful presentations and business reviews for leadership to support strategic discussions and decision-making.

  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives that drive supply performance, partner experience, and business growth.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on identifying growth levers, optimizing processes, and aligning with organizational priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
