We are seeking a detail-driven professional to take on the role of Data Analyst within our organization. In this position, you will be responsible for generating high-quality data insights, achieving successful project outcomes for our clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, managing data in Excel, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop actionable recommendations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in data capture, organization, storage, and analysis for creating and maintaining cost indices and escalation
  • Manage construction project cost databases, including data cleaning, organization, storage, and analysis
  • Collaborate with cost estimators/quantity surveyors to fill in gaps in data
  • Contribute to the process for collection, capture, and utilization of historic data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree + 2 years relevant experience
  • Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must have experience in data analysis and data management
  • Must understand IT technology, including MS Windows and MS Office Suites
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint, is preferred
  • SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills are beneficial
  • Attention to details and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Dedication to current/continued pursuit of registrations and excellent English communication skills
