Job Description

The Data Insights Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution, monitoring, and optimization of programs supported by a mobile application. The role involves analyzing and interpreting large datasets to track program impact, curating reports for stakeholders, training and building capacity of teachers & administrators on the app, and supporting application development with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns
  • Curate reports for stakeholders to communicate program impact
  • Develop and deliver training programs for teachers and administrators
  • Support application development with data-driven insights
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program metrics and outcomes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Computer Applications, Social Sciences, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, M&E, or tech-enabled program execution
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel & Data Analysis
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi & local language for stakeholder engagement
  • Possession of a passion to transform government education and create real social impact
