**Job Title:** Marketing Operations Analyst**Overview:

The role of the Marketing Operations Analyst is to provide data-driven insights and process improvements that drive marketing strategy and decision-making.

**Responsibilities:
  • Manage compliance to processes and reporting requirements
  • Perform detailed data work including append, enrich and clean
  • Validate marketing data CRM/Salesforce to ensure cleanliness of data
  • Ad hoc reporting requests to support marketing goals
  • Campaign Analysis: Analyze marketing campaigns to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Process Optimization: Develop and optimize marketing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
**Requirements:
  • Very good English, both written and verbal
  • Salesforce super user experience, preferably in a B2B enterprise
  • Experience using ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet, Salesforce Inspector, Excel
  • Experience working in Marketing Operations
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills; Customer service mindset
  • Strong critical thinking skills, ability to forensically investigate and troubleshoot
