Senior Data Analyst Job

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. You will be responsible for managing recurring and ad hoc reporting using Excel and other tools, conducting deep-dive analyses to uncover insights, trends, and optimization opportunities, and designing, building, and managing interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to enhance visibility and decision-making for internal stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Reporting & Dashboarding
      • Manage recurring and ad hoc reporting using Excel and other tools.
      • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.
      • Design, build, and manage interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to enhance visibility and decision-making for internal stakeholders.
    • Operational Support
      • Provide operational support to the team in terms of account mapping, territory allocation, audits, data checks & maintenance, and other internal planning processes.
    • CRM Data Management
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and clean CRM data.
      • Enhance data accuracy through third-party mapping and validation exercises (e.g., employee size mapping).
    • Strategic & Whitespace Analysis
      • Perform whitespace and funnel conversion analysis to identify market opportunities.
      • Support segment-level, territory-level, and industry-level insights to guide expansion efforts.
      • Address ad hoc analytical requests that inform acquisition and growth strategies.
      Requirements:
      • 4+ years of experience in data analytics and experience working with large sets of data & tools including Excel & SQL.
      • Experience in working with Tableau/Power BI, SQL, and/or Presto, Anaplan.
      • Familiarity with CRM platforms and data quality principles.
      • Advanced knowledge of Excel & SQL - Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
      • Process Improvement experience & mindset.
      • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias for action.
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
