Lead Delphi Developer Position

This is a senior level software development position focused on leading the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software applications using Delphi.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient software applications using Delphi.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and test software applications.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to project timelines.
  • Analyze system requirements and design software solutions that meet business needs and goals.
  • Write clear, concise, and well-documented code that follows industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Estimate task durations and report progress to project managers.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in software development, specifically with Delphi.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • SQL Server experience is highly desirable.
