Assignment Support Associate Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth pre-payroll activities and expense management. You will assess timesheets and expenses, working closely with sales/contractors for corrections, and obtaining timely approvals from clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expense Review: Thoroughly review timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client-specific checklists. This involves verifying receipts, checking for discrepancies in expense sheets, and ensuring the final amount tally is accurate.
  • Verification: Review expense sheets, verify receipts, and ensure the final amount tally is accurate.
  • Communication: Communicate directly with contractors or sales teams for discrepancies in expense sheets and receipts submitted.
  • Payroll Query Management: Analyze data, prepare an in-depth overview of issues, and manage payroll-related queries.
  • Email Management: Process emails received in shared inboxes within deadlines and urgency levels, responding within 24 hours or receipt.
  • Expense Sheet Management: Save expense sheets and receipts as per filing conventions required by Payroll teams, seeking approvals from clients/managers without impacting turnaround time.
  • Payroll Schedule Adherence: Work according to the payroll schedule to prevent delays in payment.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the manager.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve the efficiency of timesheet and expense review processes.
