Job Overview

The role entails end-to-end project execution and management of integrated building management systems (IBMS), mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution & Coordination: Manage end-to-end project execution, MEP works coordination, and vendor management.
  • Manage IBMS Integration: Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of central chiller plants, AHUs, cooling towers, pumps, valves, piping, and controls.
  • Ensure Project Milestones: Ensure project milestones are met as per schedule.
  • Vendor Management & Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, consultants, and internal teams to achieve execution targets.

Technical Review:

  • Review Design Drawings & BOQ: Validate system architecture for BMS, HVAC, chiller plant manager, SCADA/DCS, and utility monitoring systems.
  • Adherence to Codes & Standards: Ensure adherence to ASHRAE, ISHRAE, IS codes, NBC, and international standards.

Quality Assurance & Safety Management:

  • Implement QA/QC Checks: Implement quality assurance checks for equipment installation, piping, cabling, and control systems.
  • Enforce HSE Practices: Enforce health, safety, and environment practices during site execution in compliance with safety standards.

Operations & Handover:

  • Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing of chiller plants and IBMS dashboards.
  • Optimize Plant Operation: Optimize plant operation through automation, control strategies, and energy efficiency.
  • Prepare O&M Manuals: Prepare operation and maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, and training sessions for facility teams.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong Knowledge of HVAC Systems: Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, chilled water plants, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, valves, and utility systems.
  • Hands-on Experience in IBMS Integration Protocols: Hands-on experience in integrated building management system integration protocols.
  • Project Execution Experience: Project execution experience in data centers, hospitals, airports, and large commercial buildings.
  • Expertise in Vendor Management & Stakeholder Coordination: Expertise in vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
