Product Trainer - Wealth Products

We are seeking a skilled Product Trainer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for training, mentoring, and enabling new Relationship Managers to become profit centers.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in wealth management or a similar domain and prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring teams is highly desirable.

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions on wealth management products, solutions, and services.
  • Provide onboarding and handholding support to ensure Relationship Managers' success.
  • Monitor and follow up on Relationship Managers' progress.
  • Assist with certification preparation and compliance requirements.
  • Teach effective pitching techniques and client engagement strategies.
  • Provide continuous development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with management to track performance metrics and implement corrective action plans.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in wealth management or a similar domain.
  • Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring teams.
  • Strong understanding of High Net Worth Individual and institutional client needs and relationship-building strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial products and tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with certification requirements and compliance standards within the wealth management industry.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about developing others.
