Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Business Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with various stakeholders to implement, maintain, and test software solutions for new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging your analytical skills and expertise to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of software solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Manage customer accounts post-launch, ensuring seamless transitions and high levels of satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, with relevant experience in software development and implementation.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML, with GUI development an added advantage.

PREFERRED CANDIDATES:

  • Management consulting, IT consulting, market research, and/or enterprise software client management experience.
