Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, including test automation leadership and test architecture roles. They will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Appium. Additionally, they will lead the adoption of AI-powered quality engineering tools for intelligent test case generation and optimization.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive test automation strategies for complex digital banking systems.
• Design and build automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Appium, ensuring seamless integration with UI, API, and data layers.
• Lead the adoption of AI-powered quality engineering tools for intelligent test case generation and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality engineering best practices and processes.

Requirements:

• 14+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including 7+ years in test automation leadership and test architecture roles.
• Deep understanding of digital banking domains and end-to-end workflows, including Payments, KYC, Customer Onboarding, Cards, Lending, Core Banking APIs, and Internet/Mobile Banking channels.
• Proven expertise in designing, building, and scaling automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Appium.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and version control (Git).
• Experience leading AI adoption in quality engineering, including intelligent test case generation and visual testing.
• Certification in Test Architecture is a plus (ISTQB Test Architect).
• Fluent in writing and speaking English.
