Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Specialist to lead our digital adoption efforts. This is a high-profile role that requires expertise in executing regional initiatives and managing teams.

This position offers an opportunity to work closely with branch heads, area officers, and internal stakeholders to drive seamless implementation of digital strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective solutions to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional digital adoption plans to meet business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of Digital Banking Champions, Team Leaders, and support staff within the assigned area.
  • Implement and monitor onboarding processes for customers onto digital platforms such as mobile banking, internet banking, and UPI.
  • Organize training sessions for field teams and branch staff to improve knowledge and promotion of digital banking products.
  • Track KPIs related to digital product usage, customer onboarding, and adoption success rates.
Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline (mandatory)
  • Postgraduate degree in Management or related field is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a digital banking or leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing teams and executing regional initiatives
