Job Title:
Production Supervisor - Fabrication and Assembly

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the fabrication and mechanical assembly of batching plant structures. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to supervise teams and ensure adherence to production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the fabrication and mechanical assembly of batching plant structures as per production schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to approved drawings, welding procedures, and fabrication standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of production progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with PPC for workflow scheduling and material availability.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in fabrication and assembly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
