  • Preferred Industry: Automobile / Weather Strips Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Production Operations:
    Manage day-to-day production activities to achieve output and efficiency targets.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, guide, and motivate production staff, ensuring strong teamwork and performance.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Monitor product quality to meet company standards and customer specifications.
  • Safety & Compliance:
    Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and statutory regulations.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
  • Reporting:
    Share timely updates on production status, challenges, and KPIs with management.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    6–8 years in a production/manufacturing setup, with proven supervisory experience.
  • Education:
    Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Operations Management.
  • Core Skills:
  • Strong leadership & people management
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of production processes and safety standards
  • Certifications:
    Production management or safety certifications preferred.

Working Conditions

  • On-site role in a manufacturing environment.
  • May involve standing, walking, and exposure to varying plant conditions.

  • Achieve and exceed production targets.
  • Maintain consistent product quality.
  • Ensure safe and efficient shop floor operations.
