Job Title: Senior Digital Project Lead

Experience: 7–15 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Project Lead to oversee the development and delivery of digital projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical expertise, and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge: HTML, CSS, JS, APIs, Node.js, Python, DB systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, React/Angular/Vue, Webpack, npm/yarn.
  • Exposure to CMS platforms (e.g., AEM) and AB testing tools (e.g., Adobe Target).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of strategic project plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage website development, redesign, and optimization projects.
  • Oversee multiple projects ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality standards.
  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and present insights to leadership.
  • Champion best practices in project management methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to enhance performance.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communications.
