Drive technical programs and product implementations forward as a seasoned Technical Program Manager. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and deliver end-to-end technology projects with strong background in program management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess the following key responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver comprehensive technical programs and product implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps) to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
  • Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives under Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required, along with 5-7 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments.

Additional qualifications include a strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture. You should also possess excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills, as well as ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience with SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar is also essential.
