About the Role

  • Lead the development and implementation of corporate learning programs, aligning them with strategic priorities and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, content production, and sales, to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the corporate L&D landscape, informing program development and recommendations.
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that learning solutions meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning experiences that engage and educate participants.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in learning program management, preferably in corporate L&D.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive results-driven outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation techniques.
