As a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-converting static ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will work closely with the performance marketing team to continuously test, analyze, and optimize creatives for improved click-through rates, return on ad spend, and conversions.
  • You will create product packaging design that aligns with the brand's identity and appeals to target audiences.
  • You will develop brand identity elements including logos, brand guidelines, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • You will translate marketing briefs into visually compelling designs across digital and print formats.
  • You will stay up-to-date with the latest design and advertising trends, particularly in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer sectors.
  • You will ensure all deliverables maintain a consistent look and feel aligned with brand standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce/D2C or digital-first brands.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-performing Meta ad creatives and packaging/branding work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • An understanding of performance marketing metrics (click-through rate, cost per click, return on ad spend) and how creative impacts them.
  • The ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D packaging design.
