Job Title: IT Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT manager to oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless business operations by implementing optimization strategies, troubleshooting, and resolving system-related issues.
  • Lead company IT projects, including designing and deploying new IT applications, systems, and services.
  • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels and make recommendations for improving current business processes and controls.
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
  • Troubleshoot software applications related to internal IT applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 IT professional with 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, expert in finance and operation, Microsoft Azure Cloud, S&D, purchase, inventory, production, accounts, and finance modules.
  • Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT ERP applications and infrastructures across various technologies.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS SQL databases, Microsoft Power BI, and Azure Cloud.
