Rebar Cad Detailer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Rebar CAD Detailer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed drawings of rebar structures.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in AutoCAD and a strong understanding of RCC detail drawings, structural steel drawings, and other related areas. A diploma in Civil Engineering is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare precise and detailed drawings of rebar structures using AutoCAD.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of detailing requirements as per relevant IS codes (IS 456 - SP 34, IS 13920 / IS 800: 2007 and Welding nomenclature).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BIM, modelling, and drawing generation through Revit/Precast detailing.
  • Assist in preparing BOQs and drawings for operating jobs, tenders, and pre-tender jobs.
  • Verify engineering drawings for accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in AutoCAD and RCC detail drawings.
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of detailing requirements as per relevant IS codes.
  • Experience in BIM, modelling, and drawing generation through Revit/Precast detailing.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
