
Front Desk Customer Service Coordinator

This role is ideal for an experienced candidate who has worked as front desk executive or similar position in 4/5 star hotels.
- The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance at the reception area.
About the Job
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day front desk operations, including check-ins/out, billing, and responding to inquiries. This includes ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all front desk functions, identifying and rectifying any lapses in real-time.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk activities, such as handling guest arrivals and departures, processing transactions, and addressing guest queries.
- Provide professional support to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations where possible.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, bookings, and other relevant data.
- Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient service delivery.
- Conduct regular checks on guest satisfaction and implement improvements accordingly.
Key Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in 4/5 star hotels is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
- Prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills are crucial for this position.
- Dispute resolution and conflict management skills are also highly valued.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Familiarity with hospitality software and systems is an advantage.
