Oracle Fusion Financials Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Financials specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Financials modules across multiple entities. This is a contract role with a remote work environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in business/information analysis, specifically with Oracle Fusion Financials. They must have worked on Oracle SAAS & PAAS applications and possess strong integration expertise. Additionally, they should have experience with financial reporting, dashboards, and analytics.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules
  • Conducting detailed business analysis and outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for finance functions
  • Collecting and analyzing business requirements for Fusion Financials Implementation projects
  • Writing business requirement documents and other functional and technical documentation
  • Assisting in design, development, testing, and implementation of the fusion solution
  • Integrating Oracle Fusion Financials with third-party applications
  • Providing suggestions to enhance/automate ERP applications for optimal financial performance
  • Identifying functional gaps and providing corrective actions

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent education. They must be proficient in Oracle Fusion Financials modules & spreadsheets and have experience working within a project-centric industry, such as construction.

This position requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
