Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated customer support professional to manage and resolve issues for our drivers and fleets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resolving conflicts, ensuring high service standards, and maintaining accurate records of interactions within our CRM system.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively with Suppliers, CS Operations, Sales, and other functions.
- The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service support and develop good working relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar environment is required.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
- The ideal candidate will be able to accommodate a full-time schedule of 24/7 and 6 days a week.
- They will also need to prioritize and manage their time effectively, with attention to detail.
- Fluency in Spanish is an asset.
