Workday Absence Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Workday Absence Management Specialist. This challenging role requires strong technical skills and attention to detail, as well as experience working with Workday Absence Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, test, and maintain global absence plans, accruals, time-off policies, Proration calculations, and eligibility rules in Workday.
  • Specialize in EMEA absence policies (maternity, parental, sick leave, statutory leaves, etc.), ensuring compliance with local country regulations.
  • Support enhancements, release updates, and optimization of existing absence processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of EMEA absence policies and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to stakeholders.

This is a complex and rewarding role that requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of Workday Absence Management.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Workday Absence Management
  • Expertise in EMEA absence policies
