This role is perfect for someone who wants to utilize their technical skills to deliver complex solutions across client implementations. You will be responsible for planning and prioritizing work, leading small implementation projects, managing data transformation, and providing go-live assistance and ongoing support.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop complex configurations for clients and lead/manage small implementation projects/launch implementations. You will also be responsible for coordinating with leads for project delivery, multi-tasking, and engaging on multiple projects at a time.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can absorb new technologies quickly and provide effective communication and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday, experience with project lifecycle, and knowledge of various modules including Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.

The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. They will also be able to communicate effectively with mid and senior-level management, identify and manage issue resolution, and interact with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements and define business/technical needs for client's absence or time tracking needs
  • Design Workday solution to meet client's needs
  • Conduct sessions with client personnel to verify required aspects of concerned module
  • Configure based on filled workbook
  • Perform self-reviews and smoke testing of work delivered and review peer's work
  • Application Testing – Assist clients with testing of concerned functional module
  • Production Support – Include practices and disciplines of supporting Workday solution for period post deployment
  • Migration Activities and Production Rollout – Assist with rollout of Workday solution into production environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday and overall 12 years' experience is minimum
  • B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BSc degree
