Job Title: Electrical Engineering Professional

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Electrical Engineering Professional to lead the design and development of innovative electrical products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transformer engineering, with expertise in power system analysis, distribution system knowledge, and insulation systems for medium voltage.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical products, including transformers and voltage regulators, that meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product portfolio gaps and develop proposals to address those gaps effectively.
  • Promote a first-time-right design philosophy by establishing robust technical frameworks to accurately predict performance parameters during the design phase.
  • Provide technical support and maintain liaison with manufacturing regarding technical manufacturing problems relating to design specifications and functional performance.

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 7-9 years of experience in the Power distribution Transformer Voltage Regulator industry.
  • Proven hands-on experience in the design and development of distribution transformers, with expertise in designing and optimizing transformer cores and coils.
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance issues and develop effective engineering solutions.
  • Familiarity with certification testing procedures at third-party laboratories and experience in Design of Special type application Transformers like Solar Wind etc.
