As an Associate Growth Manager, you will be part of the engine that drives our user and revenue growth. You will experiment across paid, organic, product, partnerships, and beyond.
- Run experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Help manage campaigns across paid ads, social, email, SEO, content, and referrals.
- Analyse data to figure out what's working (and what's not), then optimise.
- Work closely with product, marketing and sales teams to improve funnels and conversions.
- Stay plugged into the latest growth hacks, tools, and channels.
We are looking for someone with:
- A proven track record in growth management or a related field (0-5 years of experience).
- You're curious, hands-on, and love learning by doing.
- Comfortable with numbers and testing hypotheses (basic Excel/Sheets, GA, or similar).
- Not afraid to get scrappy—whether it's writing copy, designing a landing page, or cold-DMing a potential partner.
- A doer: you'd rather run an experiment today than plan one for a month.
