Job Summary:

    As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems
  • Identify and resolve infrastructure and application issues
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve system design and implementation
  • Implement monitoring and logging tools to ensure issue detection and resolution
  • Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline processes
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in site reliability engineering

Required Skills:

  • 7-12 years of experience in technical support or engineering
  • Expertise in GenAI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, PaLM2, Llama2) and frameworks (e.g., RAG, Agents, COT)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps tools
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, and other relevant programming languages
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Autosys, Grafana/Loki/Prometheus
  • ITIL application support management processes: Incident/Problem/Service/Jira management
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) models
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3.5 Turbo, GPT-4.0, and GPT-4-O
  • Experience with OpenAI technologies and managing GenAI services in cloud environments
  • Understanding of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management
