Supply Chain System Administrator

To achieve operational excellence in a fast-paced environment, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Supply Chain System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain systems, infrastructure, and software applications.

  • Provide end-to-end support for all Supply Chain solutions, ensuring continuous system availability and performance.
  • Serve as the immediate technical contact for all locations that use Supply Chain systems, handling calls and chats and documenting all interactions in ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues and outages, collaborating with vendors, developers, and application administrators to determine root cause and long-term resolution.
  • Manage automation infrastructure for DCs, MDCs, and Ship Hubs to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
  • Respond to system alerts and use monitoring tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within Supply Chain systems.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Apply standardized procedures and best practices to achieve goals, meet deadlines, and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Escalate and advance issues as necessary to ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and future problem prevention.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments in partnership with IT, operations, and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements that increase efficiency and reliability.
