We're seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead our new business efforts, focusing on building long-term relationships with clients across various sectors.

This role involves proactively identifying and acquiring new clients through targeted outreach, industry events, and referrals. The successful candidate will have the ability to craft compelling narratives that connect branding to measurable growth outcomes.

  • Crafting engaging stories that drive business growth is essential.

We are looking for someone with six to ten years of experience in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries. The ideal profile is someone who has already proven success in acquiring new logos rather than only farming existing accounts.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication, storytelling, and client engagement skills, along with the ability to sell ideas and concepts rather than pre-packaged services. Confidence, resilience, and a strong drive for growth are essential.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can build a target list of 50 to 100 prospects, set up discovery conversations, sharpen the pitch with leadership, and convert at least two to three new accounts into live projects within the first ninety days.

Key Requirements

Experience: Six to ten years in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries.

Skillset: Strong communication, storytelling, and client engagement skills, with the ability to sell ideas and concepts.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Personality Traits: Confidence, resilience, and a strong drive for growth.

Professional Network: A good personal network in marketing and brand circles is an advantage.
