Business Development Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to drive revenue and market expansion through strategic planning, relationship building, and effective sales execution.

This role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research and analysis, collaborating with other teams, negotiating contracts and agreements, and training and mentoring sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential markets, identifying leads, and developing strategies to acquire new clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a point of contact and building trust.
  3. Develop and implement sales plans, set goals, and monitor progress to ensure revenue targets are met.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
  6. Negotiate terms and agreements with clients and partners to secure deals and partnerships.
  7. Train and mentor sales teams to improve their skills and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and present ideas effectively.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to identify and close deals, and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Ability to build and maintain a network of contacts to find new opportunities.
  • Strategic thinking and planning to develop and execute business plans.
  • Analytical skills to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to identify opportunities.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple projects and initiatives.
