Dialer Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Dialer Real-Time Analyst to join our dynamic contact center operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LiveVox dialer systems, workforce management, and real-time monitoring to ensure optimal campaign performance and agent productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Real-time Monitoring: Monitor inbound/outbound dialing campaigns in real-time.
  • Campaign Management: Import and manage dialer lists, start/stop campaigns as required.
  • Dialing Pace Adjustment: Adjust dialing pace and flag agent behavior for leadership.
  • Agent Profiles: Manage agent profiles, assignments, and contact list criteria.
  • Scheduling Adjustments: Make daily scheduling adjustments in the Workforce Management system.
  • Audit Compliance: Audit dialer settings to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with operations leadership to balance business goals.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond to requests, queries, and issues across departments promptly.
Requirements:
  • Collections Experience: Minimum 2 years of collections experience in a voice contact center.
  • Dialer Systems: Hands-on experience with LiveVox or similar dialer systems.
  • Data Analysis: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
  • Flexibility: Flexible to work after-hours or on-call when required.
